We are Sclable. We are 50 professionals from 10 countries situated in the heart of beautiful Vienna, Austria. Why Vienna? Because it’s right in the middle of Europe and it’s been awarded the “most livable city in the world” prize multiple times by Mercer — in fact 10 times in a row so far. Should we go on or do you get the picture?

Why we are here

We love projects that change companies and whole industries. We help our international customers to bring (digital) ideas to life. We are not an agency; we help build digital products, services and business models, together with our partners and customers, from strategy to scale through the combination of expertise in the fields of business, design and technology.

We believe that we can change the world for the better with the projects and products we help shape and create every day.

So what can you expect to find in this blog?

We’ll share what we are doing

We are active in very different domains every day — from finance to construction to heavy industry. This is at the core of what we do, as it allows us to transfer what we learn from one domain to another. We don’t live and work in isolation but rather embrace the different industries we serve in order to make the most of diversity in our knowledge base.

We’ll share the things we’ve learned while doing what we are doing

We are not perfect; in fact, nobody is. We enter fields that are totally new to us on a regular basis and try to get into the matter as quickly as possible. So learning is a core competence and central part of our job and as sharing is caring, we want to take care of those who are interested in what we learn, do and learn by doing.

We’ll share what we are about to do next and how we will improve the way we do the things we do

Industries are changing, environments are changing, context is changing and technology is changing — so we have to change as well. The ways we collaborate, the ways we work and the ways we evolve as an organization. We already evolved quite a bit since the founding of Sclable back in 2012 and we expect to change continuously as we look forward to the months and years to come.

We hope you like our stories and visit our publication every now and then.

See you soon,
The Sclable Team
