GSoC coding week 8 with SCoRe Lab

This week I completed setting up the tests using unittest in flask for register projects and login routes and setting up a commands.py file along with a command for showing code coverage and writing some more tests for the frontend and integrating these new tests with travis. It is the week of the 2nd evaluations period and Add a new interface for team management for showing and managing my own teams and showing the teams of different members also showing the different teams and their roles it is complete with crud functionalities and allowing members to have multiple roles and the apis are well equipped with the roles. I polished the rest of my features decided to be done in second evaluations.
