🌀 Note Regarding Response Time

Hi, everyone! This is Val, your friendly neighborhood tech support (and so much more). You may know this already, but my team and I are based in Fayetteville, North Carolina, which is currently in the path of a major storm.

So, in anticipation of Hurricane Florence, you may notice an increase in support request response time beginning September 13th, 2018, lasting just a few days until we can assess the damage and drive around safely.

Of course, I’ll always do my best to resolve issues and engage with your feedback in as timely a manner as possible. When I say rain or shine, I mean it. :)
