Send-to-Mobile Updates

We’ve recently identified an issue with our Send to Phone feature that solely affects iOS (iPhone) devices. Currently, all static graphics, or graphics that do not contain the generic motion graphics or background videos, can be sent to both android and iOS devices and be saved without issue. We are currently working on implementing a fix in relation to sending videos, either background or motion graphic related, to iOS devices.

We are working diligently on finding the best solution and will update you us as soon as we know more.
