An Invitation from Scott

After writing two posts, I think it is time that I explain how I write this blog. Every month I will have a theme. This one is school, education and personal growth. Office fiction, wizard school, space academies, end of the summer, basic training and anything I have not thought of concerning education or work are all fair game. Next month will be horror, evil, demons and anything tied to October. November will be political satire, rebellion, dystopian fiction and alternate history.

I got this idea of monthly themes from my college radio show about 10 years ago. Every week I had a theme. International music would be one week. Unintentionally funny music would be another. You get the idea. I put more thought than I probably need to for this blog. Just like I did back then before I went on the air.

I invite you to toss me your favorite obscure novels within these subjects. I’m prepared for October and I think you’ll like my reading list. There will be a lot of humor. Non-household names would be appreciated for November though. Let’s make this a bit more fun and engaging for everyone. I’m even willing to accept guest reviews on this blog.

Scott M's Ludicrous Read, Go

Scott goes into fiction novels he's liked lately. Overthinking and giving recommendations are things that I get a kick out of (even if a few trolls get under my bridge).

I’m just a helpful, bookish, old crank in the form of 30 year old Mel Brooks fan.
