i’m dying for it

not only enchanted
but wonderstruck
not only delighted
but addicted
not only confused
but twisted

i’m choking in love
not only gasping
suffocating
asphyxiating
and it’s fantastic

i’m burning in love
not only alight
in flames
on fire
alive and bright

i’m drowning in love
not just sinking

i’m soaking in love
not just dripping

that’s why i cry
because of love sometimes

and if i’m dead
then i’m in heaven
