Once my friend said, “Road trips build a deeper relationship with your bike”.

This line stuck in my mind and realized it to be true when I experienced it. Here are 4 accessories that can enhance your road trip experience.

Mobile Holder:

Unless one is familiar with the route, navigation is primary for any road trip. Though mobile holders come with varied features like waterproof, shockproof, vibration-free, etc. choose the appropriate one which suits your need and make sure it is suitable for both smooth and rough trails.

Tank Bag:

The tank bag is a multi-purpose accessory. It is the right place to keep all the essential things that need quick access. Most of these have a minimum capacity of ~20L which can fit in a full-face helmet!!

These are often magnetic type and can be easily mounted on the fuel tank. If your bike’s fuel tank has no metal, there’s always a Velcro mechanism. Some of these are waterproof or mostly come with a rain cover.

Seat Cushion:

Mostly, the seat that comes with the motorcycle will be uncomfortable for a long ride. We can add comfiness with either a gel saddle or an air cushion seat.

It is good to go with an air cushion seat as the gel tends to get displaced over time, so the comfiness does not last.

Tips: Don’t overfill the air in the seat.

Hydration Backpack:

Keeping yourself hydrated during a ride is vital. It is good to drink small amounts of water often. The backpack is the easiest way to stay hydrated during a ride. You must have a water bottle if the backpack is not affordable. Let’s drink up!
