Kiss You Goodnight

I want to send you a kiss
from the place where I am
all the way to your house.

I want this kiss
to cross the entire city,
avoiding couples who are holding hands,
to let them know
that there is more love in the world
than the one they have;
I want everyone who sees this kiss to know
that there is love, too,
between people
that can’t see each other.
