Move to the Rhythm of Your Body

Free Verse

Photo by Maick Maciel on Unsplash

They say to move
to the rhythm
of your own body

But sometimes
I gave a big finale
when I should
have been standing
and then I raved
all night
and even took a
little pill.

Stories that matter. Emotion first and foremost.
