The boundless in us
lives also in the space
between the stars.
And though it’s sometimes
hidden by our thoughts
like light distorted by a lens,
silence always helps us hear
the infinite
as it whispers
and allows the calm in all of us
to know itself again,
bringing some meaning
into the moment.
We’re the boundless
in all of us
looking at the world
and seeing itself
become moments of experience.
And as the sun shines in my face
from the early morning sky,
I find myself
saying thank you
to something in the Universe
words can’t describe.
