Virtual Elation
A poem about the peak of presence

From virtual confinement,
I seek to write some truth,
A truth that may resonate,
Make its way past the traffic jam,
Till it falls on broad shoulders,
Like snowflakes on winter’s summit.
If only I could grace your being,
To release you from the pain of body,
To break free and bask in presence,
And bring enough roses to summon spring,
I create.
Yes,
I create and I rejoice,
Upon letting go of wanting.
I blossom when I embrace my dormant state,
When I draw energy from stillness,
And finally.
Budding and bursting with life…
Elated at the peak of pleasure I…
Sink into a simple state of serendipity.
