Every moment’s woven
into who we are
and who we all become,
and leaves behind only memories
like echoes lost in wind,
while something silent,
enduring,
something that whispers in our heart,
reminds us we’re cosmic,
the universe in human form.
When the silence inside us
dissolves us all through itself,
we know we’re the universe being human
for the fleeting moments of a human life,
and our heart is like one sky
filling all the space
between the stars.
