Script TV Platform Beta Launch — Live Now 📺
Please read below for instructions on the Script TV test beta launch
We are pleased to publicly launch the Script Network beta.
With over 500 new users per day, 15,000+ registered users, we have now opened the app up for users to test and become acquainted with the platform. Without making this a super lengthy post, please do the following:
1) Before heading to the website, be sure to head to our Getting Started Guides here: https://whitepaper.script.tv — and carefully read the instructions on how to navigate the platform. As it is mentioned various times on the guides (and here), many / most of the action buttons are NOT fully working. We are of course aware of this as this as we upgrade and update the platform daily.
2) Head to https://token.script.tv/tv to get started. We encourage you to sign up for an account and begin watching some content. We incidentially, have a Christmas Marathon competition that has kicked off today too!
This means for the next 7 days, if you watch (at least) 3 hours of content a day, you will go into a pool to win a share of :moneybag: $5,000 worth of SPAY tokens. This will ONLY run between the 23rd — 30th December. Your account must be verified in order to be an entrant. *Please do not attempt to create multiple accounts, or any way to deceive the pool results. Like crew3 and other platforms, we take this type of action seriously, and already have anti-cheat mechanisms in place that will lead to your entry being voided.*
3) Content currently playing is largely for demo purposes only, and will be updated closer to TGE. However, it goes without saying that as we grow, the quality and variety of content will significantly increase — much like every TV / Video platform in history.
4) Testnet is NOT yet live. Its still in test phase. We expect this to go live in early January. You do not need to connect to Script Testnet in order to create an account and take part in the beta
5) To avoid confusion, we have written out the key differences between all of the reward mechanisms — including Script Points, Crew3, Guild and Galxe. This can be confusing if you are not aware of the differences, albeit, its very common where many companies and protocols use multiple platforms, including Script Network. 6) The exact, confirmed airdrop information will be written in the #🪂︱airdrop-news in due course. However, generally speaking, the only guaranteed airdrops are for those who have accumulated Script Points, Crew3 XP and Genesis BearX holders. We have seen the story play out for various other projects that simply have those drop in for airdrops and then disappear, so, besides the above 3 guarantees, all other rewards and airdrops will be retroactive = the more you engage in the community and stay active, the more you will get rewarded. It is also likely that many of these airdrops are claim and time based — so by staying active, it gives you the best opportunity to claim and not miss out.
7) Have fun! Get excited that the first live TV web3 experience is coming to life! An opportunity to connect with others, have fun, own an NFT which is upgradeable and tradeable long term and of course watch TV 24/7 for free whilst doing so!
