I dont feel shackled in

these chains that bind you to me

Your words dont ring hollow

Although it’s not much that you speak.

These mundane burdens you share

have lost their pointy thorns

I found my safe harbour in your calloused palms.

This isn’t love anymore, I’m certain

Instead we’ve fallen to the sky.

Our togetherness is my forever,my eternity

This beautiful bond is our strength and blessing.
