I stand dissolved right before
the lone trail splits into different lives.

I am at the crux of time and space
begging for my hands to pick one destiny.

I can hold here the mirror with the
key to my many reflections.

My so many I s.

My many forms and faces at the
mercy of what the mirror chose to play.

The beautiful, the ugly, the insignificant,
the lost and the victorious.

So many edges on this prism.

Until I realize it is the mirror that I choose
that decides my song of the day.
