Spin of Stars
On a line of eternity
I map out an unbeaten path,
faint shimmer of night sky
melts away unspoken tales,
circles of my pains disarray
amid glowing clouds of
gases and dense plasma
among unspelt black holes
of agonised emotions,
trails of time inked by stars
in undulating silver
sieving from celestial orbs
thaw my dream voyage,
icicles hung to darkness
untangle anguished knots,
spent stars mutated into
infant, juvenile rose cones
freshly shed from deodars—
to revive after a catastrophe
now glazed in a deep calm,
crack the dots of daybreak,
a continuum of spectrum
condensed in darkness
spills to colour the horizon
so far as my vision percepts
till the next night refuels
another caravan of stars
