A Bruxist Let Go

A poem

Photo by Artem Maltsev on Unsplash

finger pads released the lymph
nodes, and I envisioned
my face separated —
floating above my face

as if I have been wearing
a mask — disguised as myself

a bruxist let go
(everything’s fine)
and the world’s axis
righted its wrongs
