there are certain things you just can’t do
because you never do them…
in an infinite number of timelines
no version of you ever does it
that’s the invisible wall you’re up against!
no matter how many fucking realities
flash before your eyes…
not good enough?
not a great man?
people love you — isn’t that enough?
maybe it’s cowardice
maybe you’re too insecure
maybe you don’t think you deserve her love
you tell yourself you’re not ready —
but doing a thing you’re not ready to do,
requires bravery
and you just don’t have it (yet!)
fear can be the real reason people don’t change
why the course never corrects itself…
does free will really amount to courage?
do you have the guts to get it done?
to bash through the hurdles, one after another…
you see, these barriers are in your own mind
I don’t care what you say,
sometimes we build our own stumbling blocks
and no amount of constants or variables
on either side of the equation can tell you
the truth of who you are
