Groans and Squeak

A sonnet

Sometimes the mind feels just like a blank slate,
As hard as you look, the message erased.
Maybe I’ll find it, if I could just wait,
Don’t know for how long, this will be my fate.

Sometimes it’s right there, the message does flips,
As long as you know what you're looking for.
Maybe it’s only your mind playing…
