interruptions are life

your feelings aren’t wrong
your facts are…
disgust is a reaction that saves us from harm
but we have to look a little deeper
to see what exactly is so disgusting…
at some point you start to question what it’s all about
and shame is another thing…
it’s based on things that are simply untrue
about ourselves…
if you dissect it a little,
you’ll start to understand the blatant lies
you’re believing about yourself…
yes, you’ll say — I’m caught up in an illusion
I’m actually fine the way I am
and you never need to be afraid of impending chaos
if you simply know how to ask for help…
you see, there’s wisdom in your body
and it only speaks in the present tense…
this is what I’m doing now
choose to do things for the love of yourself
don’t do things out of hate
sit with any discomfort and whisper, it’s real
I’m alive…enjoy the depths of it…
I know, we are all selling ourselves in some way
whether it’s to an office
or to a platform
what the fuck’s the difference?
the trick is turning your fun into something valuable
and don’t destroy yourself in the name of productivity
if hard work were so fucking awesome
the people at the top would have kept it for themselves…
only work out of a reckless inner need
because the end is encased in the beginning
and life itself is unplannable
I’m telling you, any true stable thing in this world
is probably an accident…
people get sick, shit happens,
nothing is rational or ordinary —…
