I’d like to sop up that mess
with my old tie dye dress
squeeze out the excuses for your lack
of happiness. I’d like to drown out
your tears with a spectrum of dreams
blues, greens and a splash of magenta
swirling in a plethora of potential. I’d like
to find you again under the fallen star you think
I imagined back then when we were rocking out to Radiohead
