Occupied by some exhausted faces
Reviewed by even more drowsy eyes
Allowing me a moment’s rest
Derived from a quick indulgence
In some fancy fries
Delivered by foreign hands
I probably won’t see again
But for a brief moment
Intersecting fates
In a mechanized land…
