A story about lies and liars

In the beginning, his lies made me laugh. Rose colored glasses; you might say. Who lies about silly things like this? I’d say to myself.

Perhaps he thinks I’d be angry. That didn’t entirely make sense, but I went with it. Am I really that intimidating?
