Digital graphite-forming bonds.
Etching, sketching, a keyboard-sonde.

The matter in focus,
clear as day.
Screaming into the void,
informational waves.

Synapses fire, a tip, a tap.
Artifacts gather in technology’s trap.

Radiating through chemical reactions.
Once organically emanated abstractions.

Today’s brushstroke is an invocation,
a hex — wizardry — of conjured imagination.

It presents as null and one,
subtly engraining as doth argon.

Taking meaning and applying torsion.
Unbeknownst whether salve or poison.

What happens now to the Pencil?
What’s emerged — ethereal or ephemeral?

I took some creative leaps with this one.

I hoped to allude to the clash of technology and art today—Generative AI vs. Generative Humans. What does it all mean as it evolves? What emergent phenomena might we one day see?

Chris is a dabbling writer of things with an evolving fancy italicized paragraph at the bottom of what’s written.

Randomly throwing words into a somewhat cohesive order at times in hopes that a story comes out! Opinions are my own.
