1.The High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development ended last week, and we highlighted both weeks of the Forum on SDG Counting. Further outcome and analysis documents that were made available include IISD Reporting Service’s full summary of the entire Forum, and the Ministerial Declaration adopted on July 19th.

2. Data 2x and Open Data Watch released the draft report from the second phase of the Ready to Measure project- Ready to Measure: Finding the Indicators to Monitor SDG Gender Targets’. The R2M project works to strengthen gender-data for sustainable development , and the second phase of this project focused on assembling data from multiple gender-related indicators, as well as diving into strengthening gender-disaggregation in the global indicator framework as a whole.

3. A few weeks ago, we highlighted SDGs in Order, an initiative to sequence the 17 SDGs into a logical and achievable order, using interviews with experts and stakeholders. Last week, OECD Development Matters published a blog further detailing the process and methodology of the sequencing. The second half of the blog includes early analysis of findings.
