I was captivated by the alluring concept. In the series Initiation, Mattias DeStefano explained how we are trapped in the existence of positive and negative.
But when we realize the nature of the creation of duality, we can see that nothing can possibly exist without it.
Some conservative observers might question what Mattias is talking about, but that is irrelevant in the case of duality. He explained it clearly and provided solid, thought-provoking definitions with practical examples of his argument.

Duality is all about the whole being divided into two poles — the opposites. Like when two people dance — one moving forward requires the other to move backward. Neither of the dancers is better or worse because of that. They move and create their dance — together.
