Seascape Joins GDC in San Francisco on 21st — 25th March

We are gearing up for one of the most exciting events Seascape has this year! We will be exhibiting at the Games Developers Conference in San Francisco from the 21th — 25th March 2022.
So what is GDC?
“GDC is the game industry’s premier professional event, championing game developers and the advancement of their craft. The Game Developers Conference (GDC) brings the game development community together to exchange ideas, solve problems, and shape the future of the industry across five days of education, inspiration, and networking.” — GDC Official Webpage
GDC is where the game development community gathers together to inspire one another with innovative ideas, releasing exciting news to the gaming world. With some of the famous peers and exhibitors sponsoring including Amazon, Adobe, Unity Technologies and many more! This event that’s held in the Golden Gate City, San Francisco, is definitely the biggest event in the gaming industry of the year. Seascape will be one of them as well to bring our most exciting news!
Seascape will be exhibiting alongside our partner studio MetaKings as they unveil their new AAA launch offering Blocklords. We will be there for the grand announcement as well as sharing our IDO projects and games to the community.
Why is GameFi exploding in 2022?
In the new era of Metaverse, 2022 is the year where GameFi takes the leading role to introduce people to a brand new trending ecosystem. GameFi combines satisfying gaming experiences with financial elements, allowing people to enjoy a simple, easy-to-play game while earning cryptocurrencies and NFTs as their rewards. Since it is designed in a blockchain ecosystem, people can earn tokens to sell, buy and trade with others.
In recent years, this type of game has gained popularity with crypto traders and the general public. As the gaming system becomes more approachable, now everyone can have a chance to get closer into the crypto and NFTs world.
