Paperback (2014): This book has a bit of a misleading title. I agree that all of the information presented is key to improving individual learning skills, however, there is scant discussion of hard math and science concepts. I found a lot of value in many of the recommendations, but there many were superficial descriptions that do not allude to how much more background is needed to effectively use the recommendations.
