In his role as co-founder and CSO, he can lever the experience of his corporate background — which centered around global growth of transactional based enterprises — in banking (Clearstream Banking owned by Deutsche Boerse), and telecommunication (Syniverse owned by The Carlyle Group). He is a genuine entrepreneur who mentored and funded several start-ups before creating his own investment boutique. Daniel is also an adviser for StartUp42, a non-profit startup accelerator part of the EPITA, the Paris based Graduate School of Computer Engineering.
Henry James, Deputy CEO and CSO of Fincross International

Former currency trader, analyst and fund manager, Mr. James has 9 years of experience in investment management across foreign exchange and cryptocurrency markets. As a co-founder of Fincross International, Mr. James provides support to the strategic development of the firm in harmony with the evolving landscape of the digital asset markets and the core infrastructure that underpins these markets and connects them to the traditional financial system. Mr. James supports the firm’s business development and marketing strategy and is a vocal spokesperson for the firm.
Mr. James is a Founding Partner of Rolle Capital and formerly an Investment Manager at PE Capital with experience in systematic trading and quantitative long/short strategies in currency markets working across London, Monaco and Mumbai.
Graham Rodford, CEO & co-founder of Archax
Graham is CEO of Archax, a forthcoming regulated institutional digital securities exchange based in London. Graham has 20 years’ experience in financial services, and prior to Archax was COO, CCO, and Partner of Omni Partners, a $1.4billion hedge fund based in London, where he was responsible for all operational activities and compliance. Graham remains a non-executive Partner of Omni Partners. Before Omni, Graham held several senior operational, finance and compliance roles in the asset management and banking space, including HSBC, Caliburn Capital, Leo Fund Managers, and Coutts Bank.
Graham has worked in both digital asset and traditional markets and has been responsible for funds across a wide range of investment strategies — including macro, event-driven, long short, systematic and private equity. He has also run operations for an $8billion alternative investments business and has worked throughout his career in various regulated environments, including the FCA, SEC and NFA/ CFTC. Graham is a qualified accountant and has a BA (Hons) Accounting from the University of Bournemouth.

Breige is a Senior Commercial Executive with over 18 years in the debt capital markets and financial services industry with global coverage in Legal, Financial Technology and Regulatory Technology sectors.
Breige has worked across global corporates and ambitious startups as founder and director. Prior to joining Securitize as Head of Europe, Breige was Head of Sales and UK Regional Business Manager for AQMetrics, and has held senior roles as SVP EMEA Head of Business Development, Sales, Marketing & Strategy for US Bank and BNY Mellon.
Breige brings expertise in fundraising, building high performance teams, implementing product and business scale into new markets, executing sales strategy, successful positioning for route to market and exceeding revenue targets.
