Carrefour and TPS Engage working together to integrate dynamic Digital Out of Home

The Digital Out of Home industry is going through changes worldwide. Ask any marketing expert and you’ll hear various theories on the direction Out of Home marketing is going in.

At TPS Engage, our vision is that actionable data, micro-buying and real time reporting will make this channel more personal and efficient than ever. This means being able to accurately track impact in sales rather than just using vanity numbers to simulate some sort of ROI.

We’re already doing this globally, working with over 100.000 screens in 25 countries.

In Europe, we have already piloted the in-store solution with Samsung and are preparing similar projects in the US and in Seoul.

Today, we’re happy to announce a new one of a kind in-store project with one of the largest retailers on the planet — Carrefour.

The initial phase of the partnerships consists of integrating over 700 of Carrefour’s in-store screens in Romania within the TPS Engage platform in order to pilot and optimise our in-store offering globally. We are able to easily deliver this integration through our partnership with Spectroo.

This way, advertisers are able to easily book campaigns on Digital Signage screens within Carrefour hypermarkets, use public or custom data triggers to show personalised content and track results.

Key hypermarket locations will also be retrofitted with privacy compliant face detection cameras in order to provide real time customer demographic analytics, as well as an extra data trigger for advertisers (age, gender, sentiment). This is possible due to our partnership with the industry’s leading face detection platform — AdMobilize.
