Hello and welcome to our first Medium post on our new solution. We want to keep you up to date with our progress on multiple social media platforms, including Medium for more extensive info.

You are probably asking who we are and what are we here to do?

Well, we are an R&D team with proven expertise, keen on developing innovative software solutions. Until now, most of the work done by our team has been to provide tailored solutions to our customers.

Even though this has been a successful and fortunate path, we want to take it one step further and revolutionize conventional crowdfunding platforms, aiming to solve major existing issues that our competitors are facing at the moment.

Choosing the right platform is a job of high importance, as investors are looking for a trustworthy and reliable partner through which investments will be facilitated. As part of the research conducted, we have identified the following key elements missing in the current crowdfunding market: transaction transparency, visibility & traceability, realistic targets & deadlines, project fulfillment and copyright or intellectual property restrictions. We, people at SeedOn, want to address these limitations and our solution is presented into detail in our whitepaper at https://seedon.io.

We believe that every investor should be fully aware of how the invested capital is being spent by startups and their entrepreneurs.

Our main goal is to promote transaction traceability and transparency for all stakeholders so that we can foster a trust based relationship between the parties: investors and entrepreneurs. In order to achieve this, our solution will be based on the blockchain technology, enabling users to easily locate and monitor stored data.

Why do we need an ICO?

Constantin and Tudor are the co-founders of https://hungrybytes.co, a successful software development organization with consultancy operations in multiple European countries building partnerships with renowned companies.

SeedOn represents HungryBytes’ software solution that will revolutionize the way crowdfunding is perceived and used today. As part of HungryBytes a team of experts is already established internally that will be allocated as part of SeedOn’s development.

The team includes the following members:

• a financial auditor expert which will be in charge of startup’s valuation, assessment, consultancy, compliance and project feasibility check;
• software engineers with the head of the R&D department having10+ years in software development;
• a UI/UX specialist with 10+ years in app design and frontend development;
• two digital marketing specialist that will be in charge of SeedOn’s online presence and startup’s projects marketing (read more in our detailed whitepaper document at https://seedon.io, ‘Our solution’ section);
• automated QA engineer with 5+ years in the field.

Nevertheless, in order to be able to achieve our goals and release a new platform that will revolutionize conventional crowdfunding campaigns, we have to use our SEON token to successfully fund our project.

SeedOn plans to hire financial experts and business consultants that will handle the screening process of the submitted projects, thus the employment will emerge after the first private sale round, as it involves costly staff members.

High development effort is required for developing SeedOn’s platform, meaning that it will be costly to develop such a solution. In addition to the development stage, legal procedures need to be taken into account, in order to fully become a FINRA and SEC authorized and registered broker dealer, so that we can also facilitate through our platform securities transactions.
