With a background of 5+ years as a software engineer, Constantin also embarked on the serial entrepreneurship journey at the same time. As the co-founder and project coordinator of SeedOn, Claudiu has put all his effort, passion, and dreams into building software solutions. Through everything he does, Claudiu makes sure that everything he builds will ultimately bring value to the market.
Having gathered years of experience, he built, along with Tudor, HungryBytes: a software development company, building complex, and innovative digital products for well-known companies across Europe. Constantin is also offering consulting services to companies, his recommendations being tailored to the client’s and the end customer’s needs, ensuring more efficient business processes.

Tudor is passionate when it comes to new challenges, and would go above and beyond to solve them, needless to say about technologies. He’s constantly up to date with each and every new technology, always a step ahead in building successful projects. He built and co-founded HungryBytes along with Constantin, establishing partnerships with multiple well-known companies across Europe throughout the years.

Madeline is an Audit Deputy Manager with proven expertise in working in the external audit industry, with extensive skills in internal controls, risk management, and financial analysis.

Due to the constant need of adjusting to the industry’s changing needs, fastly adapting and working with SeedOn’s team to successfully conduct financial and economical strategies within our company is a required skill that our CFO is successfully putting into practice.
With 10+ years of experience in Software Development, Michael can tackle any software challenge. He’s the one that would push his limits to ensure that the whole process will be seamless and bug-free, delivering quality digital projects as the main focus.
As the head of our software engineering and R&D team, Michael will coordinate and guide our team of developers to successfully fulfill all our goals and build a robust, stable software solution. Having the latter achieved, we will guarantee high availability and scalability making our platform accessible at all times.

With 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and a pixel-perfect approach to his work, Mircea researches and finds the best solutions tailored for every company’s needs.

Whenever he encounters a challenge, Mircea will find a solution and build the best experience for the end-user. Hence, bringing value to each company he works with.

With 5+ years of experience with both manual and automation testing, Stephen will ensure clear expectations for everyone. Therefore, leaving less room for errors or misunderstandings and making sure that the product/service will be working and delivering its purpose as expected.
