Day 7: Pitching
In order to be able to pitch effectively, you need to have somethings in mind:
The Goal
The Target Audience
The Preparation
Pitching is about limiting yourself:
Three types of pitches:
One sentence Pitch: Maybe I should pitch to you for a minute. “Ever wanted to access a soft loan without stress and very low interest rates? Its quickcheck.ng.” I hope that got your attention.
Other types of pitches are:
1 – 3 minutes “elevator pitch” (no slides)
5 minutes (with slides)
20 minutes investor pitch.
There is also the “problem , solution and approach” pitch. be on the lookout for my version of that.
Whats next?
Scrums:
Daily scrums, weekly scrums, how specific are you in your tasks?, look for a team.
Finally and on a personal note, I’m starting to build my MVP.
