The Hard Things About The Hard Things
Building a business when there are no easy answers. A lot of people talk about how great it is to start a business but only ‘You’ know how hard it is to run one.
So while he gave his life journey as a story, I picked these few words:
- To build your business you must run lean
- Know yourself and your strength
- You just have to try
- The earlier to collect the better
- People who know you and people who know the opportunity
- Staying alive long enough to ‘jam’ the luck
May the end, the hard thing is not setting a big audacious goal but having to lay off people when you miss that goal.
What if you hire great people and they start demanding a sense of entitlement and unreasonable things along the line…the hard thing isn’t dreaming big but waking up in the middle of the night in a cold dropping sweat when the dream turns into a nightmare.
Entrepreneurship is not an activity. This is a style…a life #BraceUp
