Planning Phase 5
Final Deliverables
The weeks leading up to the end of Phase 5 are mainly on focusing on putting the final touches on our projects and submitting deliverables that will assist with displaying our entire design process and to provide materials for the year end graduation show on April 20th–22nd.
This week, I was able to confirm my contract to determine what deliverables will be expected to complete. An appearance model, UI wireframes and prototypes, technical drawings, use cycle video, product booklet and a final exhibition board are my deliverables for my project on the immersive storytelling kit. Upon determining the deliverables, developing a structured gantt chart was necessary to plan out the timing for each task and to plan ahead to avoid any funnelling near the end.
