Scenarios were drawn as explorations of potential usability
problems from a user’s perspective. The scenarios
illustrate several approaches the design could take as
solutions to the problems.
These scenarios presented gaps between current learning
spaces and user needs; moreover, they introduced design
opportunities in this system. Key issues and themes I
would like to address in the design are:
1. Diffculty with searching for available spaces on
campus to work
2. Ineffcient use of space in informal areas
3. Lack of equipment support for group study in
informal areas
