Learnings:

There are four models of how higher education are taught:

1. Pedagogical — traditional universities, “theory rich but experience poor”.
2. Andragogic — colleges, “experience rich, theory poor”.
3. Transformative — learning is a life long process and is not linear, it transforms with major life events.
4. Appreciative — mature learner looking to gain insight and wisdom, focuses on assets rather then deficits.
