Staked Announces $4.5M Seed Round
We are extremely excited to announce that we have closed a $4.5M seed round.
Pantera Capital led the round, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, Digital Currency Group, Winklevoss Capital, Global Brain, Fabric Ventures, Applied Crypto Ventures, and Blocktree Capital.
Paul Veradittakit, partner at Pantera Capital, will also join our board of directors.
“We liked Staked because of the experienced team, focus on institutions, and broader vision around helping investors earn yield on their cryptocurrency,” said Veradittakit.

Breaking Down the Cosmos Game of Stakes
We recently published a review of the Cosmos Game of Stakes (GoS), a novel research experiment that aims to simulate an adversarial environment in a BFT PoS network.
The article covers key objectives, game play, chain halts, and critical bugs we observed as participants in the GoS.
We are excited to support Cosmos at mainnet launch in late February or early March.
