Letter of Apology from Community Management Team
Dear Seele Community,
Some scammers recently took advantage of our negligence in community management to disguise themselves as core members of Seele, resulting in financial losses of part community supporters. Hereby we’d like to extend our sincerest apology to those who have been adversely impacted in this matter.
In the aftermath of this incident, we have received numerous feedbacks, suggestions and criticisms from users, media and industry experts. In any perspective, we feel lucky to get your help, as it also represents a gain of experience for us. We’re ready to accept your criticism, and summarize your suggestions so as to learn from it.
In light of all this, Seele has perfected its community management team verification mechanism and the relevant management rules. Seele shall strictly check over the KYC documents of community management team and implement regular video check-ins every day.
Besides, we shall tackle with all the relevant work properly, in a bid to minimize the losses of victims. We ask that the victims kindly fill out the registration forms to help us with further investigation of this case. We will timely publicize our progress via announcements.
At the same time, we’d like to show our gratitude for the encouragement, confirmation and support from the vast investors. We all continue to roll out related-activities providing bounty to the early supporters. Special shout-outs to a few supporters who have been actively maintaining the community in time of this special period — @ Danyeee @ Christopher_Zhao @ justnow09 @ instant_noodle. We shall offer due compensation to them for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
This certainly isn’t the worst of times, nor the best of times. Instead of being discouraged, let’s keep awesomeness and jointly work on to face up with the unknown. Seele shall keep its originality and move on for a bright future!
