SEELE TOKEN SALE UPDATES AND INSTRUCTIONS
We are only a few days away from Seele’s highly anticipated public sale! The sale is scheduled to commence on April 3rd, 2018 at 9:00 am UTC. This is an important milestone for Seele as this event will mark the first time that the general public is invited to participate in its ecosystem.
Over the past few months, our team has been inundated with support and encouragement from the greater Seele community. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our loyal, ardent supporters who, despite the ups and downs, continue to believe in our team and vision.
Below are some important details regarding Seele’s upcoming public sale:
PUBLIC SALE
Our objective is to raise 5000 ETH from this event.
Our team has decided that — in terms of token price — 1 ETH = 12500 Seele. Thus, we have allocated a total of 62,500,000 Seele tokens to the public sale.
PARTICIPANT CAP AND TOKEN SALE STRUCTURE
KYC concluded on March 21st, 2018 at 6:00 am UTC. After careful revision of the KYC forms, we have decided to allow 4400+ members to participate in our upcoming public sale.
The token sale will tentatively consist of three rounds and WILL CEASE IMMEDIATELY upon Seele’s successful raising of 5000 ETH. Otherwise, we will progress through the three rounds of fundraising as detailed below. As our goal is to allow everyone who passed KYC to participate in the upcoming token sale, our team has decided to fix a guaranteed allocation of 1 ETH for all qualified individuals during Round 1. The sale will operate on a first-come, first-serve basis after Round 1.
Round 1 — April 3rd, 2018 at 9:00 am UTC to April 3rd, 2018 at 3:00 pm UTC (6 hours)
Each qualified participant will be allowed to contribute anywhere from 0.1 ETH to 1 ETH. You will be allowed to contribute as many times as you want, but the total investment cannot exceed 1 ETH. If you decide to send more than 1ETH or less than 0.1 ETH in a single transaction, your funds will be automatically rejected and returned.
Example:
Say a person decides to contribute three times in Round 1:
1st contribution: 0.5 ETH
2nd contribution: 1.01 ETH
3rd contribution: 0.8 ETH
Then our smart contract will respond in the following manner:
1st contribution: Accept
2nd contribution: Reject
3rd contribution: Accept, but will refund 0.3 ETH since the total contribution in Round 1 is capped at 1 ETH
Round 2 — April 3rd, 2018 at 3:00 pm UTC — April 3rd, 2018 at 9:00 pm UTC (6 hours)
Each qualified participant, EXCLUDING the funds he contributed in Round 1, will be allowed to invest anywhere from 0.1 ETH to 2 ETH (i.e. after rounds 1 and 2, a participant can potentially have invested a total of 3 ETH in Seele). You can send funds as many times as you want, but the total investment in Round 2 cannot exceed 2 ETH. A single transaction above 2 ETH or below 0.1 ETH will be automatically rejected and returned.
Example:
Say a person decides to contribute three times in Round 2:
1st contribution: 1.2 ETH
2nd contribution: 2.01 ETH
3rd contribution: 2.0 ETH
Then our smart contract will respond in the following manner:
1st contribution: Accept
2nd contribution: Reject
3rd contribution: Accept, but will refund 1.2 ETH since the total contribution in Round 2 is capped at 2 ETH
Round 3 — April 3rd, 2018 at 9:00 pm UTC — April 7th, 2018 at 9:00 am UTC (84 hours)
Each qualified participant will be allowed to invest as much and as many times as he wishes before tokens are sold out or before the deadline — whichever one takes place first (we will alert everyone in the announcement channel when Round 3 ends). Minimum contribution is 0.1 ETH in Round 3.
Example:
Say only 5.5 ETH worth of Seele tokens remain and a person decides to contribute two times in the following fashion:
1st contribution: 1.2 ETH
2nd contribution: 8.5 ETH
Then our smart contract will respond in the following manner:
1st contribution: Accept
2nd contribution: Accept, but will refund 4.2 ETH.
Note:
Come date of sale, please send funds within the timeframes mentioned above and in accordance with our token sale structure. Otherwise, our team will return your investment and not be held responsible for the extra transactional charges (gas fees) that may be incurred. For instance, say you decide to contribute two times during round 1: 0.4 ETH the first time and 0.8ETH the second time. We will refund 0.2ETH from the second transaction to your ETH address, but our team will not be liable for the additional gas fees.
Lastly, to prevent gas wars, our team has decided to set a max gas price of 100 GWEI for all contribution rounds.
TOKEN DISTRIBUTION
Our primary objective is to create a healthy token environment and achieve long-term success. Public sale tokens will be distributed shortly prior to Seele’s listing on an official exchange. The listing will occur after all sales-related logistics are dealt with. Please follow our announcement channel for the latest updates!

Only those who passed Seele’s KYC are allowed to participate in its public sale. For people who have not received a KYC-result email yet, please verify your eligibility to participate in our token sale by determining whether your ETH address is coded into our smart contract.

- Enter Seele’s smart-contract address in the search box. See screen-capture below.
3. Select the ‘Read Contract’ tab. See screen-capture below.
4. Scroll down and find ‘fullWhiteList’. Enter your ETH address and click ‘à’. See screen-capture below.
5. If you successfully passed our KYC, then the word ‘TRUE’ will appear after you click ‘à.’ If not, an error message will appear instead. See screen-captures below.
