Added network log and fixed one bug in log file

Optimized address len from 32 byte to 20 byte to align with EVM

Added shard and tx fee rpc and optimized receipt rpc output format

Added send tx tool for test tps and add lock for peer set to ensure multithreading security

Added shard support in sendtx tool and influxdb

Added generate key store files tool and add more build test

Contract simulator added account support

Added get TPS api
