Sub-Chain
1. Added corresponding dependency packages and supplementary unit tests for the iBFT consensus algorithm;
2. Modified several test cases for the core module under the iBFT consensus;
3. Refactored the event monitoring function;
4. Completed the coding and testing of contract event monitoring
5. Completed the coding of sub-chain user mortgage exit;
6. Completed the feature of contract submit to sub-chain;
7. Completed the user challenge exit function
Developer interface:
1. Added a new interface for Seele.js to receive receipts;
2. Added an interface for obtaining account balances for Java SDK;
3. Added an API for account address verification and corresponding unit tests for the Java SDK;
Seele Scan
1. Completed the refactoring of scan-sync to fasten the synchronization of Seele node data;
2. Completed the optimization and upgrade of the Scan-Sync module and issued a summary report. Compared with the previous version, the speed of the sync block is increased by about 3 orders of magnitude;
3. Pinpointed a problem for Monitor-api when calling rpc return value;
4. Tested the new scan-sync module;
5. Locate the problem of the Monitor cannot obtain IP address of the node.
6. Modified the naming parameter in the test network node.json to facilitate Monitor front end acquiring IP address.
Key functional tests and bug fixes:
1. Fixed bugs in cross-shard receipts;
2. Fixed benchmark bugs;
3. Fixed tx_pool getrejection bug;
4. Fixed the light node odr backend, and the object is not deleted bug;
5. Fixed a problem that when a fork is in the P2P download module caused the download data to be abnormal;
6. Fixed a bug that will cause panic when the fork is too large when the light node is synchronized;
7. Fixed a bug in cross-shard conditional judgment;
8. Fixed a bug in the saveloy command line interface;
9. Corrected the light node peerset to take the best peer without locking and causing a panic bug;
10. Completed the test of the sharding function, and 0%, 10%, 50%, 80% of the TPS data collection rate of several cross-shards;
11. Added a test case for batch transactions
Team & Cooperation
Health economic expert Thomas Butt visited Seele Office.
Health economic expert Thomas Butt visited Seele Beijing Office, discussing with Dr. Bi Wei about blockchain technology application on medical field and technology development issues.
Thomas is a postdoctoral fellow in the China Center for Health Economic Research of Peking University. His research interests are in the measurement and valuation of health and in the use of real world data to inform health care decision making.
Thomas received his PhD in Health Economics from UCL in the UK in 2015. His thesis title was “Valuation of Health States Associated with Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD)” and investigated the use of novel choice-based methods to elicit preferences for health and non-health benefits of treatments of vision disorders.
He is also co-lead of the health economic work of the MACUSTAR consortium which is funded by a European Union IMI-2 grant to develop novel endpoints for intermediate AMD. He has 12 peer-reviewed publications and numerous conference presentations.

Seele Front Line (SFL) press corps was established with the principle of “timely”“accurate” and “authentic” to deliver better content for Seele global community. SFL will conduct interview with key persons in Seele to address the concerns from our community.
