1. Added iBFT mining engine to the miner module;

1. Optimized the neighbor node selection function of the node;
2. Added the logic of the cycle selection to prevent the isolate island effect

The Conference of Blockchain and Mathematics is hosted by the Digital Assets Institute and co-organized by Shiliu Finance. The theme of the conference is to explore the relationship between blockchain and mathematics and provide an academic exchange platform for mathematicians, cryptographers, computer scientists in various fields.

In the previous weekly report, the statistics on the Seele bounty bonus activity have been publicized. A total of 1034 addresses have completed the lockout task. According to the rules, the addresses which completed task will receive 5% SEELE reward. The awarding of the awards has been completed, and all of the above 1034 award-winning addresses were awarded with a total of 104,007.5 SEELE.
