Pad Thai is a stir-fried rice noodles which is commonly served in Thailand streets. Most of the restaurants in Thailand you can get this dish easily. You can also try other Thai noodles recipe like Rice noodles with vegetables in Thai red curry sauce, coconut, Tofu and Bean sprout rice noodles and Thai stir fried noodles.

Let’s see what the ingredients we need for this recipe are.

Ingredients

1. 1 ½ cups boiled flat rice noodles

2. 4 tbsp oil

3. ½ tbsp chopped garlic

4. 1 cup bean sprouts

5. 3 tbsp roughly chopped roasted peanuts

6. ¾ cup cottage cheese (Paneer)

7. 1 tbsp soy sauce

8. 1 tbsp sugar

9. 1 ½ chilli powder

10. 1 tbsp lemon juice

11. Salt as per taste

12. ¼ cup chopped spring onion greens

Method for Pad Thai Noodles

1. Heat the oil in a Kadhai, add the garlic and sauté for few seconds.

2. Now add the beans sprouts, noodles and peants. Once you add all mix well and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes on a high flame and stirring continuously.

3. Now you add Paneer, soya sauce, sugar, little bit of chilli powder, lemon juice, salt, and spring onion greens. After adding all these cook on a high flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously.

4. Now its ready. You can serve the Pad Thai noodles hot garnished with peanuts, spring onion greens and coriander.

Tip for Pad Thai Noodles

This dish should be prepared as close to serving time. Once you prepare it don’t keep it for longer time as reheating is not advisable.
