How To Become A Good, Functional Human Being In Society

“I honestly haven’t found someone recently who I could genuinely enjoy spending time with being my authentic self” said the Police Officer.

“I bet you say that to all the girls” replied the beautiful woman on the other side of the table.

“My issue is that people are saying things that aren’t true themselves to impress or holding things back that may steer the date away. Let’s get it all out on the table.”

“I love that! Whatever you think will scare me won’t scare me,” replied Anna.

WE HAVEN’T BROKEN THE WAVELENGTH HIGH YET. AT THIS POINT WE BOTH FEEL COMFORTABLE, WE FEEL VALUED, WE FEEL SAFE TO GET VULNERABLE WITH EACH OTHER.

BUT THIS CHANGES IN AN INSTANT WHEN:

Until One Spills the Beans And Judgement Arises,

Until The Sex Question Is Popped,

Until Someone Makes The Conversation Transactional and Talks About Money

NOW THE WAVELENGTH IS BROKEN. OUR HEADS ARE SPINNING.

We need to accept this reality that no one can trust anyone anymore, and find solutions that involve authenticity, transparency, and vulnerability rather than ignorance and numbing ourselves out.

THIS IS WHERE OUR SOCIETY FAILS TODAY. WE ARE NOT GIVEN THE PROPER RESOURCES TO BE PREPARED TO DEAL WITH UNCOMFORTABLE EMOTIONS, NEGATIVE THINKING, SELF-DOUBT, GUILT, AND ANXIETY.

Our Lack of Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness, and Our Instant Gratification Trigger Continues To Take Us Down Path of Veering Us Away From Being A Good Human Being and Being Our Authentic Self. The Path Where A Magna Cum Laude From A Top University Might Burn Out and Turn Into A Psychotic Coke Addict. Or A Beautiful Woman With Unlimited Potential May Turn Out Into An Alcoholic Who Is Mentally and Physically Broken With No Hope To Live.

WHY IT ISN’T GOOD ENOUGH TO JUSTIFY JOKINGLY MAKING FUN OF SOMEONE, GETTING DRUNK, OR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE?

Because It Allows Us To Create A New Standard For Justification Where Everything Is Ok, It Sets A New Standard That Pushes Us Further Away From Overcoming Fear and Achieving Our Dreams, And It Drifts Us Further Away From Authenticity, Clarity and Transparency When We Embrace Reality.

NOT ONLY ARE YOU ROBBING YOURSELF OF YOUR OWN FREEDOM, BUT IT STRANGLES YOURSELF FROM HAVING FULFILLMENT ON THE JOURNEY!

NOT ONLY ARE YOU DRIFTING FURTHER AWAY FROM YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF, BUT YOU ARE STRIPPING THE OPPORTUNITY OF FEELING YOUR WORTHINESS AND LOVE AND BELONGING

What I Have Learned Through My Journey Is That You Will Never Be Satisfied Until You Wise Up, Awaken, and Start Loving and Spreading Genuine Kindness To Yourself and Others. This All Starts By The Process Of Discovering Who You Truly Are And What It Means To Be Your Authentic Beautiful Self.

Once You Be Yourself, You Will Intuitively Create Boundaries That Stop You From Harming Others and Fully Allow You To Become A Good Human Being That You Are Proud Of Every Day Where You Can Maximize Enjoyment While Living In Reality

What Are 5 Steps We Can Take To Prepare Our Society For Temporary Problems?

  1. Set Personal Boundaries For What To Do When Internal and External Pressures Become Too Much, It Creates A Mindset Meditation For How To Cope With Temporary Feelings Of Sadness.
  2. Recognize and Understand Emotional and Physical Signs of Shame Within Self
  3. Learn To Ask When We Need Help and What We Need, and How To Share Our Struggles With Other People
  4. Find A Vice That Doesn’t Involve Losing Control of Being Yourself (Helping Other People, Netflix, Watermelon Sour Patches, Meditation, Working Out, etc) That Allows You To Feel Alive and Embrace The Struggle Through The Power of The Mind Where You Can Be Mentally and Physically Healthy.
  5. Live In the Present, Do Your Best, and Enjoy Each Day To The Fullest Being Your Authentic Self
