SELF now accepted on ACCUPASS
As of January 3rd, SELF TOKEN, became the first Taiwanese company listed as a cryptocurrency payment method on Accupass. This will allow users and fans alike to participate in exclusive events held by the SELF Group using SELF tokens.
Accupass is an ecommerce platform and an online ticketing system founded on 2009 in Taipei, quickly becoming the go-to site in assisting with planning large-scale events for businesses and communities. Instead of long lines caused by slow sign-ins on the day of, Accupass advocates the use of online registration and payment to speed up otherwise long processes. Its website is a central hub of a wide variety of events including wine tastings and blockchain events, each curated by organizers using this platform.
What’s exciting about this collaboration isn’t merely using their site to hold events. Rather what is fun and new for both parties is that they’ll be formally making SELF, our very own currency, a method of payment on their website. The only other cryptocurrencies currently supported are Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance (BNB). So for SELF to be offered as a payment along with giant cryptos is not only an honor, but a great help in promoting SELF as a semi-stable currency for all things entertainment.
