Welcome to the third and final week of the Get Fall Ready AMI Challenge! 🎉🍂 So far, you’ve organized your contacts into searchable groups with custom labels and been able to make personalized connections about upcoming promotions or new releases to those groups. Are you ready for the last week of the AMI Challenge? Let’s dive in!

The Challenge Task

This week, it’s all about Promoting your business and the products you love. Many of our participants have been doing this already, but we want to take it further by providing your customers with a personalized shopping experience. How can you do this with AMI?

  1. Send a link to a product your customer might love. With AMI, any product link shared includes view tracking. AMI will let you know if your potential customer has viewed a shared product at least once and prompt you to connect with them to ask if they have any questions before placing an order.
  2. Send a customized wishlist with products they may like. Maybe some customers felt overwhelmed after you promoted a new catalog because there are so many amazing options! Help them navigate what they might like based on what you know about them and their past purchase history.
  3. If customers defer to you on placing orders for them or you have extra inventory on hand due to #SIP, send them a personalized invoice to easily facilitate a payment.

💡 Pro Tip: If you’re connecting with potential new customers, prompt them to leave you a note when filling out your AMI Contact Form. This will ensure you capture information about them that helps you think through recommendations of products they may like!

How to personalize a customer’s shopping experience

  1. First and foremost, follow your company’s policies and procedures when it comes to stock sales.
  2. In a contact’s profile within AMI, take a look at the interaction and purchase history to see what products someone might like. If they’re a new contact or you don’t know their preferences yet, start by creating a wishlist of 5-8 of your company’s best sellers. When you share the wishlist, ask them for feedback! You can easily modify their wishlist based on this feedback.
