We Achieved 11x ROAS on FB Ads for a Women’s Training Program. Here’s How.

The client was an education startup. The company had two verticals.

One was a counseling & training program for students.

And the other was a job training program for homemakers who had a background in psychology, teachers training, and similar areas. These trainers would then go on to train the students in the first vertical.

So they came to us and asked us to generate leads for their second vertical: The Trainer’s Training Program.

The Results

We were able to generate 11x ROAS in just two weeks.

Spent: Rs. 10,000

Sales generated: Rs. 1,10,000

There were a couple of reasons why this worked the way it worked.

1. An Efficient Sales System

It’s very important that once the leads come in, there is someone to communicate with the lead, understand their problems and provide solutions in the form of the product/service.

But it’s easier said than done.

You need to have enough sales talent to manage the volume of the leads coming in.

You also need to have a proper incentive system in place for the sales team. This is very crucial.

The client had an incremental tier-based incentive structure, which meant that the more sales they close, there will be an increment in the incentive amount. Instead of the same money for every sale.

2. Defining our target audience

No matter how good your creative is or how well you run your ads, if there is no demand for your solution, then it just won’t work.

There was a huge demand for this solution. There are many homemakers with at least a graduation in Kerala. Also, since this is a work-from-home opportunity, the demand increases even more.

We tapped into this and targeted women above 23 to 30. We also included interests such as psychology, counseling, teaching, B.Ed, etc. since there was an element of counseling involved in this training program.

3. The Right Offer

Once the demand is confirmed, you have to create the perfect offer. In this case, there was a perfect offer.

100% Job Offer Guarantee since they would be getting the job in the first vertical anyway.

And the fee was relatively low compared to what they would earn once they complete the training. So the offer too was set in place.

4. The Creative

Once the offer is also set, then the next step is to convey the offer in a very persuasive manner so that they can’t help but join the program.

We used a couple of creatives for this campaign. One was a video sales letter, in which a presenter presented a sales copy with all the elements of a good sales letter.

The second was a testimonial video. You know why that would work.

5. Experimentation

Although the plan is set in place, there’s no guarantee that it would work the way you want it. So we experimented with different ad sets with different audience and interest combinations.

And it worked.

6. Find the Right Combination. Scale.

Once we found the right combination, we scaled the campaign by putting more money into it.

And guess what…

In less than 2 weeks, the client reached their target. 11x ROI at that. Nice!
