Baseball is a really fun game to play. There is an offensive side and a defensive side to the game. The whole game last nine innings and you have to get three outs per inning when you are on defense. The home team fields first but hits last which gives them the advantage for scoring last for the winning run.Usually the same people that play in the field or are on the defensive side hit on the offensive side. Sometimes you can have a pinch hitter or an extra hitter on offense.

The baseball field is usually about 400ft to center field, but it is different in the corners of the outfield. There are four different bases and home plate, 1st base, 2nd base, 3rd base and home plate where the batter stands to hit.

Defense is probably the easier part of the game. There are nine people that play in the field. Six of them are in the infield and the last 3 are in the outfield. The positions are 1st base, 2nd base, shortstop, 3rd base, pitcher, catcher, left field, right field, and center field. The outfielders are usually tall fast, can throw hard and are skinny. The infielders are usually quick with their feet and the most good looking.

Offense is the hardest part of the game. There is only one hitter that hits and another player that stands on deck, which is where that player can time up the pitchers arm speed. MLB pitchers throw around mid 90s and sometimes more. The reason this is the hardest part of the game is because pitchers can throw curve balls, fast balls, and sliders. This is what keeps the batters guessing and not hit a home run, which is when you hit the ball over the fence, every time.
