Major team milestones that we are planning to achieve before this year is over

The following details the objectives set for 2019. Completion of goals will result in mission bonuses and incentives for the entire company, albeit to different extents.

5 Year Timeline

  • 2019–1HALF: Developing Indian Talent
    Main focus on Tech Outsourcing, completion of data-driven team training.
  • 2019–2HALF: Breaking Stereotypes
    Main focus on Tech Outsourcing, commencement of work on ColumbusX
  • 2020: Bringing Companies to India
    Increased emphasis on ColumbusX, gradual weakening of Tech Outsourcing
  • 2021: Accleration
    Derivative ColumbusX services, mostly data analytics and financial tools
  • 2022: Overseas Expansion
    Expansion of ColumbusX services to Vietnam, Bangladesh, Oman, and Indonesia.
  • 2023: Dawn of the Indian Wave
    Ride the exponential growth of the Indian economy that will be expected to kick off in late 2022.

  • Launch ColumbusX v1.0
  • Expand to at least 30 people.
  • Successfully complete at least 2 foreign market entry projects.
  • Secure VC funding for future expansion.
  • Complete the move to a new company office.
  • Achieve 12% profitability for Tech Outsourcing services.

Objectives for June 30th, 2019

  • Get accustomed to data-driven HR.
  • Perfect the execution of the Company Standard Workflow Policy.
  • Work with the Audits & Prosecution Team to ensure that everyone is familiar with other major company policies.
  • Recruit, Develop, and Terminate in order to select the Original Core 20.

EOY Objectives for December 31st, 2019

Maintain the following HR metrics:

  • Breach of deadline to 1 session.
  • The employee retention rate (less company-initiated transitions) above 80%.

Decrease the following HR metrics:

  • Absenteeism by 10%.

Increase the following recruitment metrics:

  • Time to hire by 10%.
  • Cost per hire by 5%.
  • Funnel conversion rates for: Applications to Offer Letters by 15%.

  • Develop a production schedule that will deliver 1 quality video per week.
  • Develop a plan to organically grow 200 subscribers per week.

EOY Objectives for December 31st, 2019

  • Achieve 5,000 Subscribers.
  • Achieve an average 700 Views per video (As per YouTube’s average Subscriber-to-View Ratio of 14%).
